Friendship Community Care Website, Job Board, and Story Telling

Friendship Community Care is one of the largest Arkansas-based charitable organizations, with thousands of employees and over 40 locations across the state. Based in Russellville, FCC provides a life-cycle of care, allowing people with disabilities to lead dignified lives.

From 2012-2018, InterraMedia provided a wide range of services for FCC, from branding, marketing and advertising, to website design and management. During our time shepherding the website, FCCare.org received over 1,500,000 page views.

In an effort to help tell their unique story, we even traveled around the state photographing their locations and clientele for a series of fundraising photo essays.

With thousands of employees, FCC needs to fill hundreds of positions every year. So we installed a robust, customized job board on their website. At last count, the job board had garnered over 24,000 applicants and resumes.
