RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Media Manager - Northwest Arkansas
The Social Media Manager develops and maintains organization’s online social networking and digital media accounts (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Google+, Twitter) to help achieve marketing goals. Create marketing or promotional content for social media outlets and digital media distribution. Monitor and manage content including blogs, message boards, discussion groups, live chats, and status updates. Facilitate discussions or respond to inquiries. Analyze and report usage statistics. Provide feedback and analysis to management and other business functions, such as customer service, product development, and sales.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Creates marketing and/or promotional content for social media outlets and digital media distribution.
- Monitors and manages content including blogs, message boards, discussion groups, live chats, and status updates.
- Facilitates discussions or responds to inquiries.
- Analyzes and reports usage statistics.
- Provides feedback and analysis to management and other business functions, such as customer service, product development, and sales.
- May manage the activities of supervisors or individual contributors.
- Broad knowledge of the field of social media.
- Increase our client’s audience reach, brand awareness, social following
- Engage our client’s audience and maintain high engagement rates.
- Monitor and respond to questions and comments on social media in a timely and appropriate manner.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
